About the TNF
The New Federalist (TNF) has been the paper magazine of the Young European Federalists (JEF-Europe) for many years before a switch was made in 2005-2006 to an electronic version (www.thenewfederalist.eu) in light of going green. Occasionally, we still publish special editions of the TNF in paper version. The online English version is known as the TNF and is published with three other language versions (French, German and Italian), in cooperation with Le Taurillon, Eurocitizen’s magazine. Please do find here a
powerpoint and a
pdf presentation explaining what the TNF is all about and how one can get involved !

TNF Call for contributors: Groove it up in 2012!
Dear JEFers,
As you may have heard we’re revamping things here at thenewfederalist.eu, while keeping up with the great work that we’ve seen in the past two years.
As we’ve now established a brand new editorial team, we’re also looking to expand our pool of contributors for the TNF.
Who are we looking for? A person like you, an active, young European who has a say in all that’s going on around them, a say in a European future that no oracle can predict. If you’re interested to make your voice heard, report an incident that affects your life or share a different European perspective, get in touch with us at tnf(at)jef.eu! We are also looking for translators and proof readers who want to practice with some high quality content from across Europe!
And plus, when you get a minute or two, have a look at recent articles covering the critically-acclaimed EU Summit, Serbia’s constant EU bid, Sarkozy’s Commission-less Europe and the lukewarm ties of the UK with the EU. Extensive coverage of the latest in Europe’s last dictatorship has also been secured. Coming up next, we’re covering all the latest in the European agenda, including the future of the Union’s economic and fiscal’s policies, the Danish presidency, the renewed Swiss flirt with the EU, the uber-green Climate Summit and Russia’s democratic sunshine.
All the best for the New Year,
Georgios and The New Federalist Team

Director: Pauline Gessant (president@jef.eu)

Editor-in-Chief: George Kipouros (tnf(at)jef.eu)
The Editor-in-Chief ultimately decides, in cooperation with the Editorial team, whether a submitted article will be published on the website. S/he elaborates the Call for articles, keeps contact with the authors and ensures internal/external coordination (e.g. with the other Language Editions).
